As a specialist in high quality, challenging remodeling projects, and new home construction, our goal is to provide the highest level of excellence with the fewest problems for all concerned. To reach this goal we start by establishing a team approach with everyone involved, from the Architect and owners, to the tradesmen that will accomplish each task. Naturally, the earlier we are involved in the planning stage, the more ideas we can contribute towards increasing efficiency and decreasing the costs. We create a comprehensive work plan and, throughout the project, continue to use communication and teamwork to quickly and decisively solve problems as they arise. Each project is assigned a project manager. It is the role of this manager to communicate with the customer on a daily bases and keep our team on schedule. Our office will provide the necessary up-dates.
