Also residing in the Dilworth Historic District, Brian and Suzanne Sigmon noticed the Wilson's were having working done on their home. Since the Sigmons were looking to have a new master bathroom installed in an existing room, they inquired of the Wilsons about Meridian. According to Suzanne, the company was "highly recommended" by their satisfied neighbor; so they opted to give Meridian a shot -- and were not disappointed.
"The best thing about Meridian is their entire management and site supervision," enthused Suzanne. They were "really wonderful!"

The company's supply of "specific vendors" minimized the amount of running around the Sigmons had to do. Meridian took care of obtaining all the permits required for work on their ninety year old house. (The National Historic District maintains very specific guidelines for renovations on the structures in Dilworth.) They "made things a lot easier for me, " says Suzanne.
Good feelings continued throughout the unfolding project. Suzanne works out of her home and expected some disruption to her daily routine while the house was undergoing its big addition, but was pleasantly surprised that the inconvenience was minimal.
Another welcomed surprise turned up at the end of the undertaking: Meridian not only met the Sigmon's strict time deadline, but actually finished two weeks early.
Fully pleased with the final outcome, the Sigmon's have already recommended Joe Balich and his crew to several people.
